Wilson and Marika collectively run three businesses. A construction and design business, an apparel company and CxD Home Co. They are passionate about people and creating jobs that uplift and enhance the employee experience. Both having worked in retail, they hope to create a business and atmosphere that allows them to balance their passions. They love to travel and found that working for themselves gave them the best space to do that.
